
Use your own body weight to grow stronger and more flexible at Me Fitness Studios. You will be guided through a series of Total Resistance Exercises (TRX), a suspension training method that uses straps to develop your strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. The second half of the class is based on the Science of Stretching™ methodology to free your hips, shoulders, and hamstrings so you can walk through your daily activities pain-free. All the while, Pamela offers you joyful playlists with songs to inspire your day! This class is held in the Open Studio upstairs, with a 14:1 student-to-instructor ratio. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle, and arrive a few minutes early to grab your strap.
