Get ready to sweat and smile! This class features a full-body workout - strength, cardio, and balance exercises for all levels! Students may utilize dumbbells, BOSU, balls, TRX straps, kettlebells, their own body weight, and more to increase strength, break a sweat, and have FUN! This 45-minute class includes low-impact strength/cardio circuits and finishes with a stretching session for flexibility. Plus, the playlists will make you want to dance!
The class is limited to 14 people and takes place in the Playground (downstairs). Please arrive on time and bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and smile 😀
Use your own body weight to grow stronger and more flexible with flexibility coach Pamela Sery! You will be guided through a series of Total Resistance Exercises (TRX), a suspension training method that uses straps to develop your strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. The second half of the class is based on the Science of Stretching™ methodology to free your hips, shoulders, and hamstrings so you can walk through your daily activities pain-free. All the while, Pamela offers you joyful playlists with songs to inspire your day! This class is held in Open Studio upstairs with a 14:1 student/instructor ratio. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle and arrive a few minutes early to grab your strap.
Are you ready to relax? Yin Yoga perfectly complements the rigorous mental and physical demands we regularly place on ourselves. Led by Yoga Instructor Pamela Sery, this class will focus on the gentler aspects of stretching. With both breath work and props, we will release the connective tissue, allowing for greater opening in the areas of the body that traditionally hold tension, such as the hips, lower back, and shoulders. This class is geared towards individuals of all ages and levels of flexibility. Pamela weaves Yogic Philosophy and a beautiful playlist throughout your class.
Please bring a yoga mat/any other props that support you and arrive early. The student-instructor ratio is 14:1. A closed studio door indicates class has begun. No late entry. Class is held in Mind Body Studio (upstairs).
