
Get ready to sweat and smile! This class at Me Fitness Studios features a full-body workout - strength, cardio, and balance exercises for all levels! You will utilize dumbbells, BOSU, balls, TRX straps, kettlebells, your own body weight, and more to increase strength, break a sweat, and have FUN! This 45-minute class includes low-impact strength/cardio circuits and finishes with a stretching session for flexibility. Plus, the playlists will make you want to dance! 🎶
The class is limited to 14 people and takes place in the Playground (downstairs). Please arrive on time and bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and smile 😀
