Get ready to sweat and smile! This class features a full-body workout - strength, cardio, and balance exercises for all levels! Students may utilize dumbbells, BOSU, balls, TRX straps, kettlebells, their own body weight, and more to increase strength, break a sweat, and have FUN! This 45-minute class includes low-impact strength/cardio circuits and finishes with a stretching session for flexibility. Plus, the playlists will make you want to dance!
The class is limited to 14 people and takes place in the Playground (downstairs). Please arrive on time and bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and smile 😀
